The work completed included the development of an Asset Management Plan and supporting Excel-based AMP Tool for Alto Utilities. This work involved compiling the system asset inventory, assigning replacement costs and useful life assumptions, evaluating renewal timing, and preparing reserve fund cash flow projections to support long-term planning for asset renewal and financial sustainability.
